Terms of Service

MacroReply provides AI “reply agents” that read inbound messages you route to us and generate replies, follow-ups, and status updates. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use MacroReply.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, harass, deceive, or violate the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to process.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to build a competing product or to circumvent usage limits.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fair-use and rate limits apply per your plan. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. See our pricing page for current plans.

As between you and us, you own the messages you submit and the outputs generated for you (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service. We claim no ownership over your Customer Content. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

MacroReply uses automated systems that can make mistakes. Generated replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before they are relied upon or sent where human review is appropriate. We provide the service “as is” and do not warrant that outputs are error-free.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive as described below.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakamoto Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakamoto Labs from claims arising out of your Customer Content or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
