Why we built it
Most teams don't lose customers because they lack good answers — they lose them in the gap between a message arriving and someone finding the time to respond. Replies pile up, follow-ups get forgotten, and good conversations quietly go cold. We built MacroReply to close that gap: to make a fast, thoughtful, on-brand reply the default for every message, not the exception.
What our agents do
